PMI-DHC & Friends: Mastering the PM Mindset

This interactive event is designed to maximize participant engagement through collaborative problem-solving. Attendees will work in breakout groups to tackle real-world project management challenges, document their insights, leverage personal and external experiences, and present their solutions to the larger group. This format ensures that all participants benefit from diverse perspectives and practical strategies, with key takeaways compiled and shared post-event.

• Hands-on Problem Solving: Participants will collaborate in small groups to analyze and propose solutions for common project management challenges, enhancing their critical thinking and decision-making skills.
