The webinar will also mark the official launch of the PMI Durham Highlands Giga Projects and Construction Community of Practice, an initiative aimed at advancing thought leadership, professional development, and industry collaboration across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

About the Speaker

Hope Ogbebor, Moderator

Hope Ogbebor, PMP, is a results-driven project leader with over ten years of experience in the construction industry. With a background in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management, he is passionate about building strong teams, fostering clear communication, and mentoring aspiring professionals through strategic leadership. Outside of work, Hope is deeply devoted to his faith and family, a proud father of three boys, and a loving husband who affectionately calls his wife his “only daughter.”

Michael Villani, Panelist

Michael Villani is a trusted Executive Advisor to public institutions navigating large-scale digital and cybersecurity transformation. A former Ontario Executive Director overseeing enterprise modernization, cybersecurity strategy, and multi‑ministry transformation programs, he brings over two decades of experience leading complex, high‑stakes initiatives across government at scale. With over a decade of experience, Claire specializes in leadership of major projects in both design and construction, currently serving as Delivery Manager at Bechtel Corporation. Passionate about leading complex infrastructure projects, she contributes diverse perspectives and expertise to align with organizational goals, ensuring efficient project delivery and fostering collaboration. Her mission is to support transformative projects, like the Ontario Line Elevated Guideway and Stations, that advance communities sustainably and innovatively. At Bechtel Corporation, Claire leads the execution of elevated guideway stations as part of a transformative transit initiative for Metrolinx, focusing on five stations and 3km of elevated guideway. By leveraging her expertise in construction management and heavy civils, she enables seamless project execution while fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration to meet critical milestones and deliver impactful infrastructure solutions.
