About the Program

At PMI Durham Highlands, we believe that professional growth is a shared journey. Our mentorship program brings project managers and aspiring PMs together to learn, stretch, and build meaningful connections that accelerate career development.

We are committed to fostering a chapter culture where learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement thrive. Mentorship is a cornerstone of that culture. Designed for busy professionals, our program supports participants in setting and achieving career goals through a structured, supportive, and personalized experience.

When you join the program, you’ll be matched in a one to one mentoring partnership built on trust, respect, and open communication. Together, you and your mentor/mentee will create a customized Learning Plan that aligns the mentee’s goals with the mentor’s strengths.
