The Courageous Exchange: Turning Clarity into Bold Leadership

You paused. You listened. Now what? Step into the arena with purpose, presence, and power.

After a season of pause and reflection, many leaders find themselves holding new clarity – about what matters, what's working, and what needs to change. But clarity alone isn't transformation. It's the invitation.

In this powerful follow-up to The Power of Pause, leadership coach and speaker Deb Carville guides project professionals to take bold, aligned action from the inside out. Whether you've uncovered a need for better boundaries, a desire to lead differently, or a deeper vision for your work and life – this session is about what comes next.

With a blend of inspiration, real talk, and actionable frameworks, Deb will walk participants through how to:

  • Identify what emerged in their 'pause space.'
  • Work with resistance, fear, and doubt as part of the process.
  • Choose aligned action – even when it's uncomfortable.
  • Anchor back to courage, clarity, and presence in times of complexity.

Participants will leave with practical tools to move forward in their leadership journey –  not though force or perfectionism, but through brave, conscious momentum.
